  • Prospects: 3 years after the last inbound or outbound interaction.
  • Clients & projects: duration of the contract plus 5 years (evidence in case of disputes).
  • Accounting documents: 10 years in line with legal obligations.
  • Unsuccessful applications: 2 years after the last contact, unless you object.
  • Technical logs: stored for a maximum of 12 months.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

We implement robust technical and organisational measures: secure hosting, TLS encryption, access control, password policies, encrypted backups, incident response procedures and regular staff awareness.

If a data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
