We only collect information relevant to our activities:

  • Project data: stated needs, estimated budget, context and objectives.
  • Technical data: IP addresses, anonymised browsing logs, technical and analytics cookies.
  • HR data: CV, cover letter and career information (applications).

We do not collect sensitive categories of data (racial origin, political opinions, health data, etc.) without explicit consent and legitimate necessity.

  • Sales enquiries: lead qualification and proposal drafting (legal basis: pre-contractual steps).
  • Contract delivery: project tracking, invoicing, customer support (legal basis: contract performance).

Personal data is accessible only to authorised internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery, support, finance) and to carefully selected processors (hosting, ticketing solutions, marketing platforms). Each partner is bound by confidentiality and security obligations aligned with applicable legislation.

Certain tools (cloud hosting, collaboration suites) may involve transfers outside Côte d'Ivoire. In such cases, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, adherence to the Data Privacy Framework or storage in countries recognised as providing adequate protection.

  • Prospects: 3 years after the last inbound or outbound interaction.
  • Clients & projects: duration of the contract plus 5 years (evidence in case of disputes).
  • Accounting documents: 10 years in line with legal obligations.
  • Unsuccessful applications: 2 years after the last contact, unless you object.
  • Technical logs: stored for a maximum of 12 months.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Security measures

We implement robust technical and organisational measures: secure hosting, TLS encryption, access control, password policies, encrypted backups, incident response procedures and regular staff awareness.

If a data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

In line with applicable regulations (including GDPR and the Ivorian data protection law), you have the right to:

We will respond within 30 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate the matter to the Côte d'Ivoire Data Protection Authority or the relevant authority in your country of residence.

Our services target a professional audience. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
